Mr. Larson, Managing Partner, is responsible for the overall management of the firm. He specializes in acquiring equity support, lending, assessing proformas, purchasing land, property design, and development of product specs.  Prior to starting LDG, Larson worked at Curve Development as the National VP of Construction. Mr. Larson was the Vice President of Curve Developments national platform for the Single-Family Homes for Rent (SFR) product in several cities across the nation. Mr. Larson helped set and implement Curve’s long-term strategy, and structure of the firm’s operating entities, including legal, banking, and contract structure. Mr. Larson has over 35 years of real estate development and construction experience. Before 2018, Mr. Larson was the Vice President of Empire Group and ran the day-to-day operations of the SFR product, developed product design, product specifications, budgets, and proformas. Mr. Larson also has seven years of experience with Del Webb Corporation as Director of Construction Operations. Throughout his tenure, he worked in Arizona, Texas, and California developing over 1,200 homes per year. Mr. Larson has been a licensed Commercial and Residential General Contractor since 2006 and is the qualifying party for Hartman-Hunter Development, Inc. (HHD). As the owner of HHD, Kirk has built restaurants, offices, and health club remodels, worked in Saudi Arabia as a consultant for a production home builder, and consulted with various investors on real estate projects. Mr. Larson received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Urban Planning from Arizona State University in 1991, and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 1996.
